

ABOUT SARAH CATHERINE MILLER
I am a soon to be graduate of Auburn University in Food Science. I am a dedicated student, hard worker, and curious individual. Once I graduate in May 2017, I plan to continue my education by pursuing a graduate degree in food science in order to achieve my goal to work in the regulatory field of the food industry.
As I was looking into options for my undergraduate degree, I knew that I wanted to incorporate my love of food and cooking as well as my proficiency in math and science into my degree and eventual career. Food science allowed me to do just that.
I plan to further my education with a graduate degree in order to enhance my knowledge of food safety. This will allow me to enter the food industry as a regulatory specialist ensuring the distribution of safe food to all consumers.
