I worked on the regulatory and Food Safety Team at Bush Brothers and Company to prepare for the recent FSMA changes. My responsibilities included participating in food safety team meetings with plant staff, assessing vulnerability for economically motivated adulteration, and comparing GMP to new regulations.

Campus Advantage Marketing Assistant
September 2016-May 2017
I worked as a marketing assistant for a campus advantage property, Eagle's Reserve. My responsibilities included leasing apartments, greeting visitors, and plan activities for current residents.

Chipotle Prep Cook
September 2013- May 2015
I worked as a prep cook for Chipotle. My responsibilities included preparing food for the line, ensuring food safety measures were followed, and training new employees.
